WHAT TYPES OF CLASSES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer 6 types of classes:

1. Intro to Reformer
If you're new to reformer Pilates, this is the class for you!

Prepare for Reformer All Levels with this full-body dynamic workout. You'll learn the traditional Pilates Reformer sequence while mastering transitions and developing body awareness.

Who:
All levels welcome (Beginner–Advanced)

Vibe:
Energizing, yet grounding. Focused on form, flow, and learning the basics with a sense of calm and control.

2. Reformer – All Levels
Advance from our Intro to Reformer with a full-body workout that integrates traditional Reformer choreography with more complex movement patterns.

Who:
Previous reformer experience recommended.

Vibe:
Strong, centered, and fluid. Expect greater challenges, more transitions, and a deeper mind-body connection.

3. Reformer – Sculpt (Core & Lower Body)
Designed to strengthen and build muscles, with added focus on core, glutes, and legs. May include added resistance props, such as light weights or bands, to enhance muscle endurance.

Who:
Previous reformer experience recommended.

Vibe: Creative, adaptive, and deeply strengthening. Perfect for refining technique or layering in a challenge.

4. Reformer — Sculpt (Core & Upper Body)
Designed to strengthen and build muscles, with added focus on the core, chest, arms, and back. May include added resistance props, such as light weights or bands, to enhance muscle endurance.

Who:
Previous reformer experience recommended.

Vibe: Creative, adaptive, and deeply strengthening. Perfect for refining technique or layering in a challenge.

5. Reformer – Strengthen & Sweat
A cardio-focused Reformer class built to get your heart rate up and muscles firing. Fast-paced with fewer breaks. May include a Jumpboard to strengthen your core and lower body, combined with the reformer's resistance.

Who:
Experienced clients only.
Must have a strong fitness level with no joint or back issues.

Vibe:
High energy, fun, and fast.

6. Reformer – Restore
A Reformer-based stretch class that emphasizes deep stretching and gentle movements to improve mobility, flexibility, and balance. Expect to release tension, improve posture and alignment, and focus on the mind-body connection.

Who:
Previous reformer experience recommended.

Vibe:
Grounded, restorative, intentional.

HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?

You can easily book a session through our website or app — just choose a class time and reserve your spot.

DO YOU REQUIRE GRIP SOCKS?

Yes! Grip socks are a must for safety and cleanliness. We have cute ones for purchase at the studio!

WHERE DO I PARK?

We have free parking behind the studio and street parking in front of the studio.

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE TO JOIN?

No experience needed! Our Intro to Reformer class is the perfect way to get started on your Pilates journey.
